We offer full-featured trading tools designed for specific platforms (MT4, MT5, TradingView). Because these are digital products, we maintain the following refund terms:

You may request a full refund or store credit if:

  • • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days
  • • The issue is reported within 14 days of purchase
  • • Clear evidence and documentation is provided

  • • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • • Platform/broker incompatibility (e.g., MT4 vs MT5)
  • • Incorrect usage, user-side setup errors
  • • Unauthorized modifications or reverse engineering

🔁 Free Exchanges

  • • Free exchange if you purchased wrong platform version
  • • Product must remain unused and unmodified
  • • Available within 7 days of purchase
  • • One exchange per product per customer

Custom Projects & Freelance Services

We provide tailored development services to automate strategies and build custom tools. Our services are available through multiple platforms.

💰 Deposits & Payments

  • • Deposits become non-refundable once work begins
  • • For projects over $1,000: Milestone or escrow-based payments are recommended
  • • Third party services (MQL5 and Upwork) available for high-value projects

🔁 Revisions & Refunds

  • • Every project includes 2 free revision rounds
  • • Additional changes billed hourly at agreed rate
  • • Partial refund if 3+ key specifications not met after revisions
  • • Redo option available for major specification failures

🔗 Third-Party Platform Orders

When placing orders through third-party platforms (Upwork, MQL5, etc.):

  • • Platform-specific terms and refund policies apply
  • • Payment protection and escrow services are handled by the platform
  • • Dispute resolution follows platform guidelines
  • • Our quality standards remain the same regardless of platform
  • • Communication may be routed through platform messaging systems

🛡️ Zero Tolerance for Abuse

To protect our work and other customers, strict no-refund policy applies if:

  • • Product was used, activated, modified, or reverse-engineered
  • • Licensing terms were violated (redistribution, unauthorized sharing)
  • • Evidence of refund abuse or piracy exists
  • • Multiple refund requests from same customer
  • • Legal action may be pursued for fraud or software theft
